The biggest change to the front end is the new Twenty Eleven theme which will keep WordPress bloggers happy.
Out of the box, the new Twenty Eleven theme supports HTML 5 and its layout will work with browsers,
This is the biggest overhaul of WordPress since 2008 with “over 400 improvements and fixes” under the bonnet.
Check Before You Upgrade
WordPress 3.2 has dropped support for IE 6 and now requires PHP 5.2.4 and MySQL 5 as a minimum base system to install onto.
